At the library

The library is open for loans, returns and essential study needs. Please borrow and return books in the self service machine, and keep your visit short.

Study areas - book your seat

The number of seats is very limited, and only for students.
You can book your seat during our opening hours, max. 3 hours.
No rooms for group studies are available.
For everyone's sake - please follow the instructions within the library.

There are also computers in the neighbour building, Eden. They must be booked in advance, and max. 3 hours.
Students enter with LU card 10 am - 5 pm, through the door on the north side of the building, facing Sambib.

Loan periods and overdue fees

No overdue fees is generated as from Thursday 19 March 2020.
Course books can be renewed automatically 11 times, if there is no reservation. This is a temporary extension.
Loan periods are still normal, and reminders are sent as usual.

If you can't come to the library

You can return books by ordinary mail, if no one can return them for you.
If you are ill, in quaratine, or stuck due to travel restrictions, please return books as soon as the circumstances allows you to.

You can send someone else to pick up your requested books for you. That person need to bring your library card, your ID and their own ID.
